What are our opening hours?

We open from 9:00am till 5pm Monday-Saturday and 10:00am till 5pm on Sunday’s.

Do I have to book, or can i just turn up on the day?

We do have availability for walk-ins but we recommend booking ahead, especially on busy periods like weekend mornings or bank holidays.

What are your price’s for general admissions?

One Adult and one child 6 months - 2 years: £8.00 One Adult one child 6 months and under: £3.50 One Adult and one Child over 2 years: £11.50

How long is each play session

Each play session is 90 minutes long.

Do you have a café?

We have a great café onsite, serving fresh coffee/tea and cold drinks. We have some incredible cakes/snacks and freshly prepared hot food to order. We have Gluten-free and dairy-free options on selected items, please ask staff for details.

Do you have parking onsite?

You can park directly outside for free on both sides of the road, alternatively, you can park at the pay and display opposite us. All roads surrounding our soft play are free to park. We would recommend using public transport where possible.

What age group is the play area for?

Our play areas are suitable for children aged from 0-8 years. The larger play frame is for 3 years and above, our baby area should only be used by children 0-2 years.

What facilities do you have?

We have a family room with changing table and nappy dispenser, and we have a disabled toilet with lower sinks and grab rails.

Do you accept cash?

We are a cashless business, we only accept card payments at our soft play.
